Brief
Our client required a versatile room that could serve as a family cinema room creating an immersive viewing experience as well as accommodating leisure activities such as poker and board games.
Red velvet Venetian plastering is a highly decorative plaster finish rooted in traditional Italian methodology.
Wooden flooring matched the furniture in the rear section of the room.
Carpet was the chosen floor finish in the seating area to provide comfort and reduce sound reverberation.
Bespoke built-in storage based on the classic Nintendo game Tetris
Lighting design was well considered as the room is for multipurpose living.

The walls have a number of film posters which mask the sound-absorbing panels. The original panels were black so we sourced copyright-free images and re-upholstered panels using printed fabric.
