The construction industry faces a skills shortage which needs addressing. At Vision we are doing our bit by providing opportunities for young apprentices from Exeter College to learn multiple skills, working with our team on a variety of projects.

Our Director Ross has been in the industry since he was 20 when he began working for a local kitchen company, where he became an accomplished fitter for bathrooms and kitchens. Five years later he set up Sapphire Interiors and later co-founded Sapphire Spaces, which provided luxury bathrooms and kitchens to high end residences. Ross made numerous trips to Italy and Germany, visiting suppliers to source the very best products, and ensuring his knowledge was up to date.
In October 2014 Ross left Sapphire and founded Vision Installs. Initially the bulk of this work was installing bulthap kitchens. The company has since grown and developed to offer the wide range of services available today.
Combining his understanding of the sector, installation experience, space planning and design knowledge, Ross now undertakes the role of project manager for all Vision’s contracts and is the client’s first port of call.
Along the way, Ross has fully renovated several houses, built his own family home in Devon and successfully owned and developed a four plot project in Clyst St Mary.
