Project Remit
This bathroom renovation was a wonderful project. The clients had recently moved to this stunning location and having spent some time getting used to the feel of their new home were ready to make some changes and upgrade the existing outdated features.
Unusually they had inherited a master bedroom with a freestanding bath centrally located. They had decided that this was not required so the bath was removed, freeing up space. A crisp and clean, contemporary design was created by our team for their ensuite.
The room has a light and fresh feel that is enhanced through the use of large porcelain tiles from Porcelanosa. Their colour makes good use of the natural light and frames the well-chosen fixtures that provide the main focal point in the room, the basin and mirror. An Artelinea Dama Dualite glass basin combined with wall mounted Emporiobagno taps, are framed by an Artelinear TLD1 OBL Mirror. This has LED lighting, an anti mist pad and a 4 x magnifier built in. Having the furniture mounted on the wall makes the most of the limited space and allows for easier cleaning. A thought which follows into the adjacent shower area where the shelf was recessed into the wall. The shower enclosure has a bespoke screen which houses an EmporioBagno Pepe shower in brushed gold. Known for their excellence and Italian design EmporioBagno provide a luxurious experience, the Pepe valve allows for two heads to be used at once.
The client wanted a modern washlet which is an increasingly popular choice. Our designers recommended a TOTO SG washlet. This has some fantastic features, including a heated seat and an air purifying filter. Ewater+ is is electrolysed water that considerably reduces the build-up of dirt and bacteria.
