Elegant, light bathroom.
The room needed renovating and had certainly begun to show its age, one issue that presented itself early on was that the floor was out of level. Once the existing suite had been removed the floorboards were lifted and this was put right. After this had been achieved, the floor was strengthened to allow the installation of the porcelain tiles and bath which was to be positioned centrally in the room.Â
The shower area was created as a level access shower with the drain built into the floor. Adjacent to the shower, we carefully created an opening in the wall to enable installation of a built-in television, integrating the sound with a Sonos system, complete with ceiling speakers.Â
A hidden fireplace was uncovered, and a reproduction Victorian fire surround installed to create an unusual and interesting feature.Â

The entire room was re-plastered and new plaster coving fitted to match the age of the property.Â
